Deleting Your Account
We respect your privacy, and
you have the option to delete your account whenever you wish. Whether you've
decided to move on or take a break, follow the steps below to initiate the
account deletion process.
Step 1: Log Out
Start by signing out of your
account. Press the "Sign out" button within the app to sign out.
Step 2: Automatic Account
Deletion
If you don't wish to use your
account for an extended period, we've got you covered. Our system is set up to
automatically delete inactive accounts after a period of 2 months from the last
logout.
Data Handling
Types of Data: We collect
minimal data necessary for a seamless experience, including
· User Registration
Data: When you create an account, we may collect personal information such as
your name, and student ID to manage your account and provide authentication
services.
· PDF Files: When you
upload PDF files for printing, we temporarily store them for the printing
process. These files are not retained after printing is complete.
· Payment Information:
We do not collect payment information
· Interaction Data: We
may collect data related to your interactions with the app, such as printing
preferences, print history, and settings.

Data Encryption: All user data
collected by our app is encrypted in transit to ensure its security.
Additional Information
Automatic Data Deletion: Your
account and associated data will be automatically deleted 2 months after your
last logout.

Reclaiming Your Account
Should you wish to use the app
again after your account has been deleted, simply log in with your Google
credentials to create a new account.
